Age Requirements

We take age verification seriously and use various methods to ensure compliance with this policy:

• During registration, we ask for your date of birth.
• We employ AI tools to help identify potentially underage users.
• We respond to reports of underage accounts and promptly remove them when verified.

Parents and guardians can report underage accounts to our support team. We will require verification of your relationship to the minor before taking action.

Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe environment, the following content is not allowed on Dramz:

Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Content that promotes, encourages, or incites violence against individuals or groups
• Instructions on how to commit violent or illegal acts
• Content glorifying self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges
• Promotion of dangerous behaviors, activities, or substances

Hateful Content

• Content that attacks, threatens, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on protected attributes (race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, etc.)
• Slurs, stereotypes, or calls for exclusion directed at protected groups
• Content promoting hateful ideologies or extremist groups

Harassment and Bullying

• Targeted abuse or intimidation of individuals
• Repeated unwanted contact or attention
• Encouraging others to harass an individual or group
• Sharing private or personal information of others without consent ("doxxing")
• Malicious criticism focused on physical appearance, character, or identity rather than actions or opinions

Sexual Content

• Explicit sexual content or nudity
• Sexual solicitation or offers of sexual services
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Unwanted sexual advances or comments

Deceptive Practices

• Impersonation of other individuals, brands, or organizations
• False or misleading profiles
• Scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes
• Coordinated inauthentic behavior (using multiple accounts or collaborating with others to manipulate the platform)

Intellectual Property Violations

• Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted content
• Trademark infringement
• Plagiarism or content theft

Content Moderation

At Dramz, we use a combination of automated systems and human review to enforce our guidelines:

AI Moderation

We employ advanced AI systems to help detect and flag potentially violating content in real-time. Our AI moderation tools assist with:

• Identifying harmful language, threats, or harassment
• Detecting inappropriate images or videos
• Flagging suspicious activity patterns or potential spam
• Prioritizing content for human review

While our AI systems are constantly improving, we recognize they're not perfect. That's why we also rely on:

Human Moderation Team

Our trained content moderators review flagged content and user reports to ensure our guidelines are properly enforced. They work around the clock in multiple languages to:

Community Reporting

Our community plays a vital role in keeping Dramz safe. If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately using the reporting tools within the app.

Consequences for Violations

Violations of our Community Guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

• Content Removal: Violating content will be removed from the platform.
• Warnings: For minor or first-time violations, users may receive a warning explaining the violation and how to avoid similar issues in the future.
• Temporary Restrictions: Certain features or functionality may be temporarily limited.
• Account Suspension: Accounts may be temporarily suspended for serious or repeated violations.
• Permanent Ban: Accounts that engage in severe violations or demonstrate a pattern of disregarding our guidelines may be permanently banned from Dramz.
• Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activity, we may report the content to relevant authorities.

Users who believe their content was incorrectly flagged or their account wrongly actioned can appeal through our appeal process.

Appeal Process

We understand that mistakes can happen in content moderation. If you believe your content was wrongly removed or your account incorrectly actioned, you can appeal by:

1. Going to your account settings and selecting "Appeal a Decision"
2. Providing details about the content or action in question
3. Explaining why you believe the decision was incorrect
4. Submitting any relevant evidence to support your appeal

Our team will review your appeal and respond within 48 hours. Appeals are reviewed by human moderators who were not involved in the original decision.

Updates to Guidelines

Our Community Guidelines may evolve over time to address new challenges and improve the Dramz experience. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email updates (for major changes)
• Announcements on our official blog
